Four days, three of them dedicated to the promotion of the agri-food and fish products of the more than 200 companies and organisations present at the Andalusian stand and one, exclusively, where Andalusian foodstuffs protected by a differentiated quality label linked to their origin (PDO, PGI or TSG) will be the stars of the show. Among other activities, visitors will be able to enjoy a typical Andalusian breakfast to welcome the first day of the fair and enjoy live cooking demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs throughout the different days of the Salón Gourmets.

All of them are aimed at reinforcing the image abroad of the region's agri-food and fishery products, their values of flavour, quality and sustainability integrated in ‘Gusto del Sur’, the Junta de Andalucía's agri-food quality brand, which Currently, this certification brings together 154 entities (including businesses and Regulatory Councils) and 393 products from various sectors.
