LIMITED EDITION OF 400 BOTTLES FROM A SINGLE CASK

Brandy distilled by hand in copper stills and a single distillation of wine. Oloroso at 18% vol. resulting in spirits of 60% vol. which are matured in 225 litre oak casks with a very intense toasting. During 14 months it was vibrating with music every sunset for 46 minutes, in total 328 hours of music. Before bottling, the alcoholic strength was adjusted to 39% vol. with demineralised water and left to settle for 2 months. We then bottle it and label it for sale. Enjoy it with moderation, listening to a great record by Eduardo with TRIANA, Payos or solo.

We are an artisan distillery located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz).At Weisshorn Distillery we make distillates with Km 0 raw materials, especially Palomino grape wines.Our copper alembic is 200 liters and works with direct fire, giving the distillate much more intensity.We are known for making very few bottles in each batch, choosing the best part of the heart of each distillation.We unite music and distillation in an oak barrel to create SOUNDCASK, an innovative aging method for spirits.We have only 16 barrels of 225 liters, each of them has a specific speaker adapted for bass sounds, generating small vibrations that improve the maturation of the distillate. At WEISSHORN we have been developing this technique since 2019, creating drinks with a lot of character and personality.Our production is very limited and we take great care in preparing each barrel in order to always offer the highest quality, using all the resources that our small distillery offers us.
