The TARTUFO ROYAL stand will be dedicated, in addition to the exhibition of some elite products of the brand, to hosting all those who are curious, offering tastings of Italian excellence products and their detailed description for those who want to learn more.For restaurateurs and product retailers, dedicated appointments will be scheduled upon reservation.

Moreover, the special event of the stand will be the processing of local milk, from raw material to finished product, such as mozzarellas, braids, stracciatella, burratas, and much more, as well as the combination of TARTUFO ROYAL products with the previously mentioned processed products.

The live show will be managed by our cheesemaker Maurizio Vozzolo.
