Founded in 1983, Salazones Garre is a family business that produces artisanal salted premium fish, with the highest quality and hygiene controls, to satisfy to the most demanding palates, which are marketed in the national and international markets. In 2019, these products have been distinguished with the Artisanal Food Award granted by Artesanía de la Región de Murcia. In June 2020, its premium salt cured tuna loin “mojama” received the Superior Taste Award 2020 in Brussels with a double gold star. In January 2022, its premium grey mullet roe received the Superior Taste Award 2022 in Brussels with a double gold star.
