Bottargas are made with salted, dried and grated fish roe

Unlike common salt, the Soft, Intense and Extreme flavor bottargas are made with grated fish roe and have low calories, proteins and very healthy omega 3 acids, and they do not have carbohydrates. In addition, unlike salt, they have less sodium and provide umami, which is why they have been used for millennia in Mediterranean cuisine.
