Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil made  with olives of the varieties Vidueña, Lechín, Pico limón, Manzanilla and Gordalilla.

This cold-pressed organic olive oil has an intense fruity, extremely lively and complex flavor, full of nuances and aromas both on the nose and on the palate. With notes of grass, tomatera and apple. It also has artichoke attributes, aromatic plants and asparagus.

Obtained from green olives, collected in early October, during the first days of harvest. It is a first  cold pressure oil  obtained only by mechanical procedures.

Fruit of centuries-old olive  trees located a few meters from the Laguna de Fuente de Piedra Nature Reserve, in a privileged enclave of biodiversity and great ecological value.
