Its flavour is smooth, balanced and fluid in the mouth. It is slightly bitter and slightly-medium spicy. Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe fruit or fruit mush (apple, banana), with notes of freshly cut green grass (grass, olive leaf), dried fruits and sweet almonds.
