Colombian chocolate is considered one of the best in the world due to the quality of its cocoa beans. The Colombian cocoa has a unique and distinctive flavor and aroma called - Fino de Aroma. Fino de Aroma is a characterization of origin granted by the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) to the high quality cocoa beans that are distinguished by their complex flavor and aroma, with floral, fruity and nutty notes.
At Moxe, we aim to bring a sensual experience to our customers through the consumption of chocolate that is produced with organic quality cocoa by Colombian farmers who attend to each of the production steps with great care to bring you the best product. We invite you to try three spectacular chocolates from the regions of Caquetá, Huila and Sierra Nevada. Why our name: Moxe? In the Ticuna language it means thank you, gratitude. The Ticuna people live at the Amazon confluence between Colombia, Peru and Brazil, the place where cocoa plant and its fruit is originated. From there the cocoa was taken to Mexico, where it was named xocolatl, and subsequently traded throughout the world.
