Our vegetable substitute for smoked semi-cured cheese is a fermented cashew nut, made in an artisanal way, cultivated with natural ferments and stored in a chamber. It has a soft texture inside and a rind characteristic of maturation.
The favorite among non-vegan palates. Intense flavor, smoked with natural wood.
