Our vegetable substitute for semi-cured cheese with pink pepper is a fermented cashew nut, made in an artisanal way, cultivated with natural ferments and stored in a chamber.

It has a soft texture inside and a rind characteristic of maturation.Intense flavor, with a slightly spicy touch and reminiscent of the freshness of pine.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts (75%), water, salt, vegan ferments, pink peppercorns.

 


At Mommus we make vegan cheese. Made in our workshop in an artisan way, and with natural products. Our range of products is based on three types of 'Esto no es un queso' ('This is not a cheese',as we call them):

  • 'Esto no es un queso Camembert', covered with a thin layer of mold, visually very similar to the original, its flavor is exceptional.
  • 'Esto no es un queso semicurado'(semi-curated), with four flavors: pink pepper, spicy, truffled and smoked.
  • 'Esto no es un queso cremoso'(creamy), three flavored spreads: black garlic, natural, and dried tomato and garlic.
