'This is not a camembert cheese'
Our vegetable substitute for Camembert is a fermented cashew nut and is made by hand, grown with natural ferments and stored in a chamber.
Covered with a thin layer of mold, visually very similar to the original, its flavor is exceptional.
It has acid notes, and slightly bitter and spicy. It is creamy and fresh.
Ingredients: Cashews (82%), water, salt, vegan ferments.
