Holm Oak Honey is characterized by its dark color, strong flavor with woody touches. It is a honey from Mielato. Bees do not obtain it from nectar, but from a sugary substance that they find in the bark of these trees.
Origin: Northern Spain, ours specifically from León.
Harvest: Between September and October.
