Vanessa Santana Hernández from Dromemilk, will explain the promotion of tourism experiences linked to the primary sector as diversification, contributing to the improvement of the positioning of the destination and native breeds, and helping to boost inland tourism and tackle depopulation.

Afterwards, the Canarian chef, Yareli Pérez, will prepare a mochi of Canarian camel's milk with Canarian gofio biscuit (PGI food).
