Manuel Segura opened the doors of his sugar shop in 1874 on Calle Mayor de Daroca.
Currently, six generations later, it continues to be a business run by the same family, as well as one of the oldest pastry shops in Spain.
We continue to make our products with a lot of love, using the best ingredients from our environment, in our workshop in Daroca, Zaragoza.
In our workshop, we make both traditional products with recipes that come from our ancestors and innovative recipes, where knowledge and experience are mixed with the enthusiasm and passion we feel for our profession.
Manuel Segura is part of the history of the Daroca Region. Not only for our sweets and good work, but also for our commitment to this land and for the legacy left by so many years of profession in a family. For this reason, since 2000 you can visit our Manuel Segura Pastry Museum in Daroca. A small three-story building intended to share the family's historical legacy and pastry wisdom. Visiting it we take a fascinating journey into the History of Pastry. We know what the utensils and tools were like to handcraft their products, what raw materials were used and their conservation. It is a special museum in which the effort, evolution and continuous innovation of Manuel Segura's processes and products since 1874 can be appreciated.
Thanks to the trust of our customers we can continue to fulfill our dream and this year we are celebrating... We celebrate 150 years of sweet moments!!
