An aniseed-flavoured spirit, made from three macerations. A selection of botanicals, combined with a strict proportion, results in selected herbs, PREMIUM herbs.
TASTING NOTES
Olive green colour with old gold highlights.Delicate and complex balsamic and aniseed balsamic aromas. Even hints of coffee and black liquorice. Elegant, fine and silky on the palate. Very tasty and pleasant.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended to be served as a digestive, fresh with or without ice, after meals or as an accompaniment to dessert.Thanks to their aromatic qualities, they have multiple uses in gastronomy and cocktails.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Herbs blended at 30%, obtained from three macerations. Fennel, rosemary, coffee beans, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg... These are some of the ingredients of its macerations.Its elaboration is based on the mixture of the three, with perfectly studied proportions and its later mixture in cold with alcohol, water, caramelised sugar and honey.
Licores Moyà was founded in 1890 in the town of Artà, in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, with the desire and perseverance to manufacture traditional Balearic liqueurs such as the unmistakable hierbas, palo, mescladis, which today are the flagship of Moyà and are currently run by the sixth generation.
