With a family origin dating back to 1931, and currently managed by the third generation. In 1999, we became the first organic olive oil mill in the province of Huesca. With exquisite care in production and presentation, we have always aimed to connect what we do with where we come from, which is why our oils, made with local varieties from Somontano (Huesca), evoke the names of our estates and our territory, Aniguala, Casa Benito, Cuarcos de Otto, Focatiecho, Don Juan Manuel (in homage to our grandfather).

We believe in what we do, and that's why we have a dedicated space specifically for olive oil culture, our Oli-Bar.
