Like all our dishes, it is prepared following the traditional methodology. We are looking for a gastronomic experience that is as similar to "freshly made lentils", after heating it, it is no different from a dish cooked at the moment.
We use in all our dishes, products from the garden and from the Ávila farm. Natural product directly from the producer. We make our product with lentils from the region of La Moraña in Avila, this ensures superior quality.
This dish contains: Lentils (45%), potato, chorizo, bacon, onion, pepper, tomato, carrot, paprika, salt, olive oil and garlic.
Company located in Ávila, 100 km from Madrid, dedicated to cooking prepared dishes of traditional Spanish cuisine, these can be pasteurized (3-4 months of shelf life when refrigerated), sterilized (6-12 months of shelf life when kept at room temperature). ambient) or deep-frozen (12-18 months shelf life when stored at -18 ºC).
