The exquisite Iberian acorn cured ham is ready for experiencing after its 48 months of curation in our natural drying placeslocated in Guijuelo. Each piece weighs between 7 to 10 kilos. Obtained from iberian swine fed exclusively with acorns from theiberian pastures where they live freely. This ham follows all iberian quality standars and has passed the most meticulousregulations extablised by Gijuelo D.O. including isotope and analitic controls. which guarantee that its the best ham that can possibly be purchased. When cut it presents an apealing streaky shiny cherry colour which proves its great quality, intense scent and incomparable flavour.
