Iberian “sobrasada” (a spreadable sausage made from pork meat and spices) Sánchez Roldán, elaboration of natural process and respecting the tradition for 30 years.

First, the sausage itself is made: the minced pork is mixed with the other ingredients and the sausage in the casings. In a second phase, the maturation and drying of the product takes place.
