XChef Challenge by 1906 Beers, returns to Salon Gourmets with the grand FINAL of its fourth edition. The aim of the competition is to recognise the most talented and promising chefs in the country, who demonstrate their commitment to a community that seeks to generate a positive and conscious impact on society.

The 6 finalists, winners of the different finals held throughout the country, will present their culinary proposals during the final, which takes place within the framework of the Salon Gourmets. Each gastronomic proposal must be paired with one of the beers from the 1906 family. The winning chef will be awarded €2,500 and will receive a promotion plan sponsored by Estrella Galicia.

Winners:

  • Miguel Molina Megías, Molino del Puente, Dúrcal, Granada. Plato: Tendones de vaca pajuna en ajopollo de pistacho verde y quisquilla de Motril.
  • Adrián Espiño Abelairas, Bido restaurant, A Coruña. Plato: Ravioli de carrilleras y rabo de vaca estofados, salsa de Oporto y PX y queso Galmesano.
  • Álvaro Ibáñez García, Albor restaurant, Madrid. Plato: Tostón de oreja con salsa brava de su cocción, col encurtida y cigala.

  • Miguel Molina Megías de Molino del Puente en Dúrcal, Granada
  • Mar Orosa Pérez de El Oviedo en Ribadeo, Lugo
  • Eduardo Pereira Lorenzo de Bicos Restaurante en Barcelona
  • Adrián Espiño Abelairas de Bido en A Coruña
  • Pendiente 6º finalista, que saldrá del XChef Zona Centro.
