XChef Challenge by 1906 Beers is looking for the most talented chefs in the country who are committed to a community that wants to make a positive impact on society. The chefs are challenged not only to show their skill and creativity in the preparation of recipes, but also their commitment to sustainable practices in the kitchen and the ability to transmit values in their environment.
The participants will defend a unique and authentic gastronomic proposal, accompanied by one of the four varieties of the 1906 Beer family.
