Presentation of a Tribute Book to Javier Oyarbide

Chefs, journalists and friends have come together to create "Ayer y Oy", a tribute book to Javier Oyarbide, with memories, anecdotes and situations experienced with one of the key figures of Madrid gastronomy.

A tribute in which Salon Gourmets wanted to participate by hosting the presentation of this book, which will take place on Thursday 25 April on the stage of the Gourmets Auditorium, leaving a memory of the last heir to the family saga of Zalacaín, the first restaurant to achieve three Michelin stars in Spain.

For its part, Club de Gourmets magazine will present Javier Oyarbide with an In memoriam award for his career and invaluable contribution to the world of gastronomy.

During the 4 days of the event, a copy of the magazine will be available for purchase at the Grupo Gourmets stand (Pavilion 8. Stand 8B27), the proceeds of which will go entirely to Pablo Oyarbide, Javier's son.
