At this stand, visitors will be able to see copies from gastronomic publishers such as Planeta Gastro and Abalon Books, as well as Grupo Gourmets publications -Guía Vinos Gourmets and Club de Gourmets magazine-. They will also be able to purchase the book "Ayer y Oy", a tribute to Javier Oyarbide, which will be presented at the Salón Gourmets and whose profits will go to Pablo Oyarbide, Javier's son.

Also present will be writers with exclusive book signings such as Alejandro Muchada with Viñadores (Monday 22nd from 16:30 to 19:00 h).
