"Ourense enogastronomic and sustainable province" is the title of the show cooking that will highlight the food of the region, showing the quality of its raw material, as well as the great work developed by small producers who work every day to offer an exceptional product.

The Ourense Institute of Economic Development - Inorde is in charge of organising this activity with the aim of contributing to the sustainable development of the province through the management of projects that promote the recovery of native breeds, the development of new organic products adapted to the new more efficient and environmentally friendly production model and the support to the agricultural, livestock and forestry sectors.

With the collaboration of the Association of Chefs Cociña Ourense will have the chefs, Gerson Iglesias, Begoña Vázquez, Samuel Moreno, Marco Varela and Alberto Fernández, who will be in charge of demonstrating the versatility of the food and drinks of the region by preparing different recipes with local products.
