Miguel Valdiviezo (Tampu Restaurant) will present a new line of modern and creative Peruvian cuisine together with Rosalía Díaz (Qapaq Restaurant), a Peruvian chef based in Tenerife who offers all the flavour of Peru with local products.

The art of traditional Canary Islands Tuna fishing, explained by professional fisherman Yeray Ramos, through the cuisine of two Michelin Star chefs from the capital islands of the Canary Islands, Adrián Bosh (Restaurante San Hô) and Abraham Ortega (Restaurante Tabaiba) presenting an evolving Canarian cuisine.

Gofio, the sweet moment of the day
The sweet moment of the day comes from Carmen Noda (Dulces Mimila), 3rd generation of traditional Gomeran confectionery and Alexis García (100% Hojaldre), recently awarded as the best Master Artisan Pastry Chef in Spain, all harmonised with high quality wines from the winery Sandra Armas of Bodegas Bentayga.

Aquanaria sea bass is a product of the highest gastronomic quality, with four distinguishing characteristics: large size, firm texture, intense flavor and 100% anisakis free.
