PDO CIDER FROM ASTURIAS. Produced using traditional methods and a combination of classic Asturian apples characterised by a rich aroma that makes them ideal for cider production. A sweet sparkling cider with a light fizz that forms fine beads of bubbles.
Colour: Glossy golden yellow
Smell: Ripe with hints of preserved fruit
Taste: Extremely balanced in the mouth; the acidic tones are countered by a final sweetness that creates a fulsome, lingering finish.
Service temperature: 7-10ºC
This cider is best enjoyed when drunk slowly. It is an excellent accompaniment for a light meal such as fish and fresh cheese an is perfect with dessert.
