GAITERO SPANISH CIDER with RED GRAPE

We elaborate the cider by traditional methods with mixture of Asturian apples very appropriate for the elaboration of cider for its aromatic richness. In this way, we obtain a high quality must to, after a slow alcoholic fermentation and at low temperatures, make the natural cider base.

The process is completed with a clarification, filtration. The cider obtained is mixed in the must of tempranillo and carbonated.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: bright garnet with abundant bubble.

Smell: Frank and aromatic where apple aromas predominate.

Taste: Very balanced, with well-balanced acidity tones and a final sweetness reminiscent of the grape giving it roundness.

Alcohol: 4.0 in Volume

Service temperature: between 7º and 10º. It is suggested to serve on ice.
