Made by traditional methods with a mixture of different groups of typically Asturian apples, we obtain a high quality must to, after a slow alcoholic fermentation and at low temperatures, make the natural cider.
The process is completed with a clarification, tangential filtration by ceramic membrane, microbiological stabilization by microfiltration, carbonation (and pasteurization in the case of 25cl canned cider), resulting in a semi-dry cider with little persistent foam.
