Showcooking Cal Paradís, Michelin-Star chef

The stand of the Comunitat Valenciana will have a showcooking of a first level first chef, thanks to Miguel Barrera of the Restaurant Cal Paradís. He is a chef with a vast professional experience whose restaurant in Alcossebre has received multiple awards, as prestigious as the Michelin Star and the Sol Repsol. Ambassador of the Castelló Ruta de Sabor brand, Barrera boasts a market cuisine based on local products from the Castellón area, especially meat, vegetables, mushrooms and truffles. On this occasion, as the chef himself explains, he will be cooking "three dishes with 100% products from the area around Castellón". These dishes will be the chef's version of Olleta de la Vall d'Alba; a creation with Tomata de penjar, sardina de bota and grilled garlic; and, finally, cod tripe, moixernons and peas.
