Yellowfin tuna is a large blue fish characterized by its long yellow fins. These fish are caught in tropical and equatorial waters and have a consistent light brown meat.
Frinsa's Yellowfin tuna in brine is made from specimens selected during the fishing season and caught one by one. The peculiarity of this product is that it has a special treatment during the canning process, since it is canned raw and the food is only cooked once, during the sterilization process, so as to obtain a product whose properties remain practically intact, especially its high protein content (up to 30g).
