This canned smoked salmon is made from selected fish from fisheries certified with the seal of the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), which guarantees the origin and sustainable treatment of the raw material and the marine environment.Once in the factory, the product is manually cleaned and cut. Subsequently, after the smoking process, it is placed in the can and filled with a covering liquid based on quality olive oil. After this the can is hermetically sealed and sterilised. The result is a premium product ready to eat to create a select snack with a different flavour.
