Frinsa's Galician-style hake is made from fish that is exclusively selected for its quality. On arrival at the factory, the fish is cleaned and processed entirely by hand and then a 'Galician-style' sauce, prepared according to the traditional recipe using top quality ingredients, is added as a covering liquid. The can is then hermetically sealed and sterilised at high temperatures, leaving the product ready for consumption.The advantage of canned Galician hake is that it allows you to have a traditional quality “tapa” ready to eat at any time, saving time and resources.
