The main ingredient of our spreads are our traditional sausages, cured in the natural air of our mountains.

Our spreads are a variant of the well-known Mallorcan sobrasada but with all the flavor of our land.

Chorizo ??de León in a tub, salchichon in a tub and cured meat in a tub, ready to spread on croutons, slices of freshly toasted bread or as an ingredient in the preparation of surprising recipes (stuffings, cannelloni, sauces...).

Available in our two versions of Entrepeñas chorizo: sweet and sour or spicy.


Entrepeñas is a family business dedicated to the artisanal production of sausages for more than 60 years and three generations. We develop our activity in Geras de Gordón, in the northwest of the province of León, at 1,200 meters of altitude in a natural environment declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2005.

Geras de Gordón benefits from a microclimate of frequent frosts during long winters. and dry, which create the ideal conditions for maturing quality sausages.

Among our products, Cecina de León I.G.P. stands out. and Chorizo ??de León, which are without a doubt the products for which we are known. Even H.M. King Emeritus Juán Carlos appreciates and praises our "Chorizo ??de Geras". We have recently included spreadable sausages in our range of products, along with other innovative products that have had a spectacular reception among our customers.
