One of the sausages that best characterises our company is the extra chorizo known as the Geras chorizo.
From the best pieces of pork ham, this unmistakable sausage from León is made with a high percentage of pork ham and a small percentage of pork fat, paprika de la Vera D.O., salt and garlic in the natural state.
We use 100 g of extra chorizo de Geras to obtain 160 g of meat.
You can buy our chorizo in different “formats”: spicy or non'spicy chorizo chorizo cular (stuffed into a thicker natural casing that retains the tender product for longer), or with the characteristic horseshoe shape in normal casings, chorizo for cooking or chorizo to spread). You will be able to check that the price of our artisanal chorizo with a long natural curation in the air of the mountains is excellent!

Entrepeñas is a family business dedicated to the artisanal production of sausages for more than 60 years and three generations. We develop our activity in Geras de Gordón, in the northwest of the province of León, at 1,200 meters of altitude in a natural environment declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2005.
Geras de Gordón benefits from a microclimate of frequent frosts during long winters. and dry, which create the ideal conditions for maturing quality sausages.
Among our products, Cecina de León I.G.P. stands out. and Chorizo ??de León, which are without a doubt the products for which we are known. Even H.M. King Emeritus Juán Carlos appreciates and praises our "Chorizo ??de Geras". We have recently included spreadable sausages in our range of products, along with other innovative products that have had a spectacular reception among our customers.
