Viña Zanata Tintilla es uno de los monovarietales que elabora la Bodega Viña La Guancha en la actualidad dentro de su gama de vinos que busca dar valor a las variedades autóctonas del archipiélago. Elaborado con una doble selección de la uva procedente del viñedo familiar, su fermentación tiene lugar en acero inoxidable a 25ºC y posteriormente es criado durante 6 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés/americano; antes de salir al mercado tiene un afinamiento en botella.
Es un vino con un poderoso acento de pimentón y ceniza en fase olfativa, en bocas es denso, con taninos muy sedosos y una sensación general de levedad y suavidad que se envuelve en acentos ahumados. Ideal para maridar carnes rojas y otros platos.
