Single Estate is a rum from vintage that is elaborated in each harvest with a meticulous selection of sugar cane that grows following the organic farming techniques from the Canary Islands and the European Union, in the Finca de Los Camachos, a property of the Quevedo Family for several decades.This is the first and only organic rum in production 100% locally made in the Canary Islands and Spain. This high purity rum shows the noble nature and wild from our original raw material, permeating the atmosphere of fresh sugar cane aroma and flavour wrapped in volcanic and saline notes from our land.
