Premium craft vodka obtained from the fermentation of the milk sugars

Vodka Lactée Siderit is an ultra premium vodka that has the unique peculiarity of being made from the fermentation of milk sugars.

After several distillations through a revolutionnary fractioning column in glass, a very pure alcohol is obtained.

Then, dilution with spring water, quadruple filtration with natural filtering materials (marine fossils, volcanic stones…) that remove any impurity and finally the vodka is equilibrated in a tank for a minimum of two months.  

 

Tasting note:

Elegant, pure and clean with personality and character, with a nice bouquet of aromas and flavours. Good structure, high alcohol level but well integrated, no acidity but only sweetness from the alcohol. Very long final aftertaste.
