Gin aged in Spanish white oak sherry barrels, during a period of 42 months (3 and a half years).
It is a unique product with a limited edition of 4 barrels of 225 liters per year, in total 1285 numbered bottles.
The first vintage is from 2014, bottled in 2017.

Tasting note:
Intense caramel amber color, with a soft and sweet wood aroma. In the mouth it is a gin with juniper character and with very intense touch of sherry and Wood.
