Craft London Dry Gin elaborated with passion and delicacy from rye alcohol (in homage to the origins of the gin of the XVIth century in the Netherlands).
After a maceration in twelve 100% natural botanicals (some are only found in the area of the “Picos de Europa” chain of mountains) we proceed to a double distillation in GLASS (each one is equivalent to 5 distillations in traditional stills), followed by blending with spring water granted to have the lowest mineral content in the Iberian Peninsule.
After that, we let it rest for three months in deposit to stabilize the gin and let Nature do its work. At the end of the process, the gin is tasted weekly to proceed with its bottling once it reaches its optimum tasting point.

Diamond clear and transparent, London Dry Gin Siderit Classic is a well-crafted Gin that reveals its identity instantaneously. Attractive to all senses: nice appearance, refined nose, characterful taste with a nicely lingering finale. Very aromatic Gin, lovely perfumed, intense and powerful with spicy notes.
