The Appellation of Origin of Gata-Hurdes Oils, under its guarantee, exclusively covers the monovarietal AOVE of the manzanilla cacereña. Olive groves, mills and packers that produce, process and package the oils covered by the Designation are located within the protected area. Aoves with excellent fruity, low bitterness and itch.
