Monofloral broom honey. It has a light amber color reaching dark with reddish reflections, very aromatic and sweet taste. Monofloral chestnut honey. It has a dark amber color, with reddish or greenish hues. Dominant scent. Slightly acid, bitter and with an astringent character. Thousand flower honey. Color from light amber to dark amber depending on the bloom, with variable aroma and flavor. Honeydew honey. Dark amber color, less sweet flavor and intense and characteristic smell.
