Cheeses with raw sheep's milk, natural vegetable rennet from the Cynara Cardunculus thistle flower and salt. Soft to very soft paste, white to ivory in color, with a creamy and melting texture on the palate, it has lactic and vegetable aromas, slightly salty and slightly bitter taste, a characteristic due to the use of vegetable rennet.
