Cristina Comenge, head chef of Oído Cocina Gourmet, is behind the recipe that has made them so successful. After graduating from the Escoffier School at the Ritz Hotel (Paris), she opened her restaurant, Oven 180, which became a gastronomic reference in Madrid and her croquettes were one of the best in town. Encouraged by her success, in 2013 she created, together with her husband, Oído Cocina Gourmet to produce those croquettes on a large scale and thus be able to satisfy all those who demanded them. Currently, they have the best human team and facilities equipped with modern machinery and high productive capacity, to serve all their clients.
