IBERIAN HISTORY AND TRADITION
For over 60 years, we have been bringing the best Iberico pork delicacies to our consumers' tables. Our raw materials are incomparable, thanks to our experience in breed selection and in breeding the best Iberian pigs, which, together with the know-how of our master craftsmen in the production and curing processes, allow us to attain products of the highest quality.
We produce our Iberico products in Burguillos del Cerro (Badajoz), a privileged enclave surrounded by meadows of oak trees, where the clean, fresh air of the Extremadura mountains during the curing process helps to achieve the bouquet and characteristic flavour that distinguish our products. They have received several awards for quality, including the 'Espiga de Oro' award for the “Best Designation of Origin (D.O.) Dehesa de Extremadura Iberico ham" in 2022.
TRADITION AND INNOVATION
We combine tradition and innovation in the production of a wide variety of cured hams, loin pork and cold meats, as well as marinated, cooked and processed fresh meats, with selected meats from our own farms, with the highest standards of quality and exquisite flavour, to satisfy the most demanding tastes. WELFARE COMMITMENT, TRACEABILITY AND QUALITY FROM THE START Our commitment to welfare, through comprehensive care for our animals, and the Group's philosophy based on continuous improvement, have enabled us to become the first pork producer to achieve the AENOR Welfair™ certification in Animal Welfare for all our farms and our entire production process, in addition to boasting the most demanding traceability and quality certification on a national and international level.
