Serrats preserves only use anchovies of the finest quality "Engraulis Encrasicholus" captured in the best moment of the season, between April and June, in the Bay of Biscay.
Our anchovies are notable for being elaborated by means of a meticulous and handmade process, very similar to salted Anchovies, which maintains the original characteristics of the anchovies. Because of its meat and aromatic flavour, our Anchovies fillets are a delicacy.
Finally, the Anchovies are covered with specially selected organic extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is of the highest quality in every sense. It has an excellent flavour and aroma, and is made in a manner that respects the standards for ecological agriculture.
