Chorizo "Nin arre nin xo," artisanally crafted with lean and bacon from the Celta pig breed, and lean from the Frieiresa cow breed. These two Galician native breeds, endangered and raised freely under extensive farming, are combined with smoked paprika, encased in natural casing, and smoked with oak wood. Free from allergens, preservatives, and artificial colorings.
Producers of free-range native breed Porco Celta pigs raised in extensive farming systems. We craft artisanal and traditionally-made cured meats, salted products, and other derivatives from this breed of pig and native Frieiresa cow, all under the Galician Artisan Food Seal.
