Hatozaki Blended, Pure Malt, and Umeshu Cask Finish were created by Kaikyo Distillery and its Master Distiller & Blender, Kimio Yonezawa. He aimed to craft elegant and delicate whiskies with flavors reminiscent of the warm Japanese hospitality and the gentle oceanic climate of the Seto Inland Sea.
