Varieties: 100% Red Garnacha Vines: 15-40 years old.
Altitude: 150-450 m. Harvest: handpicked, mid September.
Soil: Garnacha from ground limestone. Fragmented rock that creates paths for the roots in search of water. In rain, water circulates with ease, but there is no water retention forcing the roots to go deep, searching for compact ground. Vinification: Fermented in controlled temperatures (27-29ºC).
Maceration: 21-35 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Soft filtering.
Aging: Short aging in concrete vats and wood barrels before bottling.
Production: 4,000 bottles (0,75L)

In the 90s, before having a local Denominación de Origen, the first Kosher wines in Spain were already produced, achieving outstanding international recognition.
The first single-varietal Grenache red wine from the Priorat region has been made in 1996, positioning the town of Capçanes on the world wine map.
Today we dare to say that we are a model of sustainability, which allows local people to live on their land in a dignified manner.
