Pork Loins marinated in smoked paprika “De La Vera” PDO and lightly smoked over oak. Stuffed into natural cow casings and cured for 4 months. Each loin weighs between 3 to 3.5 kg. WITH NO PRESERVATIVES OR ARTIFICIAL COLOURING AND GLUTEN FREE. We sell: natural or vacuum packed whole pieces, half pieces and portions.
