This Cava Millesime comes from a selection of careful grapes
from the southern area of Requena at an altitude of 720m.
The base wine has been on its lees for more than 6 months.
Before the print run at the end of April. Subsequently it
has been more than 30 months of aging. This double breeding
has two purposes. Reach a large volume in the mouth and
preserve the tropical fruit from the base wine
It is presented as Brut Reserva, this makes to bring the
first characteristics of the grape Chardonnay.
